We work within a 20 mile radius of Bingley but we can offer further afield and we would price individually.

Fencing

We offer a full installation service on all our fence products. We have a skilled installation team and can manage the installation from start to finish.

As well as the sizes you see in our shop we can manufacture any other size panel or design you need just get in contact.

We can also include for removal of existing and safe disposal of any waste.

We need to quote fence install costs inidivudally as there are many factors which affect this including ground type, elevation, type of fence posts you need (ie timber or concrete) but also any access issues.

We can provide a fairly accurate quotation on a photo if you send one in we can give you a budget price and if this is in your ball park we will then do a site visit and firm the price up.

Sheds

Our team of shed installers can remove your old shed, install a base and install a new shed usually done within a few hours - size depending.

The installation cost quoted on each shed is based on size and within a 20 mile radius of Bingley.

If you require a price for removal of a shed that is ecxisting we can provide a quote based on a photo.

As detailed in each shed page sheds must be installed on a flat level surface to prevent movement. These could include patio, level and compacted hardcore and decking.

Unsuitable surface include directly onto soil or grass.

Newly landscaped areas for example new build devleopments willmove for the first year so we advise to let this settle first.

We advise the area should be free draining and allowing access to all sides of the shed remembering the overhang.

If we turn up to site and the install site is not suitable there may be a further charge - please ask if you are in any doubt.

We must also be able to access the area.

Decking

Our trained installers have decades of experience installing decking from small platforms to larger projects.

Please get in contact for a personalised quotation.

We offer decking in both timber and composite decking.

Important Information

Natural Product

Wood is a natural product and as such will move over time.

The wood will age in slightly different colours and this cannot be avoided.

In particular the solid Oak products we manufacture will show minor cracks as it moves and settles with the weather and this is completely normal.

Shed Information

Base

All sheds must be installed on a flat solid base to keep the structural
integrity of the shed but also to allow airflow and protect the base from
moisture rot. Suitable surfaces are concrete, flags, gravel. Grass is
unsuitable due to movement and moisture We can provide a timber base for an
extra cost. If we are installing a shed and we get to site and the location is
not level there may be an extra charge for returning to site or extra labour to
get the shed level.

Shed Aftercare

All sheds finished in either dipped or tanalised finish still require
maintenance and annual treatment to protect from the elements. This must be
done within 3 months of the shed being installed

The shed should be inspected annually to check for any damage and repair
accordingly. The roof may require re-felting. Ensure the shed structure is free
from any brambles/bushes and trees which could damage the shed/roof with
growth.

Condensation/moisture

Condensation inside a shed can cause mould if there is insufficient airflow.
This can be prevented by opening windows, installation of a vent or keeping
doors open during warmer weather. This is not a fault of the shed.

Shrinkage/wood movement

Wood is a natural product and over time with extreme weather of rain and sun
the wood will contract and expand. This is not failure of the shed. Small
splits, cracks and knots can be wood filled where needed.

Wood may also move after we have installed which can cause issues with door
hanging/opening. This is outside of our control and any adjustments will be
chargeable.

Warranty

Sheds come with a 12 month warranty subject to the shed being treated within
3 months of installation and excludes any natural wood movement.

Any sheds installed on soft ground or on a base that isn’t level will void
any warranty due to issues caused by this.

Returns

Unfortunately as all sheds are made to order we are unable to accept returns
