The log stores below we have manufactured in a variety of different shapes, sizes and finishes.
We can manufacture any sized log store you need to fit in any space.
Optional extra considerations we can accommodate into the design are:-
- Internal Shelves for logs but also firelighters and kindling.
- A door with or without a lock.
- Direction of sloping roof
- Finish of wood can be smooth or rough sawn.
- Fixings to secure the log store to the ground
- Paint finish
Why use a log store?
Log stores allow wood to dry out prior to burning on a log burner. The roof prevents rain soaking through by running off the roof.
The slats allow air to pass through the logs allowing natural moisture from the tree to dry and make effective hot burning.
Using a log store allows outside storage saving space inside yet still protecting the wood from the elements.
