Hardwood Plywood Sheets – Various Thicknesses (8ft x 4ft)

    Our hardwood plywood sheets are a versatile panel product suitable for joinery, construction and general building projects.

    Plywood is manufactured using multiple laminated timber layers, creating a strong and stable sheet material that resists warping better than many solid timbers.

    We stock a range of thicknesses suitable for both internal and exterior applications depending on the plywood class.

    We supply sheet materials across Bradford, Bingley, Shipley, Keighley and surrounding areas of West Yorkshire.

      Class 2

      Ply is suitable for use in humid conditions, covered exterior and all interior applications. It is very durable as well as hard wearing. It can be stained, treated or painted to give that special effect and is less likely to warp than softwoods due to the laminated layers.

      Class 3

      Class 3 bonds are a requirement for plywood to comply with BS EN 636-3. The bonds are largely comparable with what were known as WBP – weather and boil-proof bonds (to BS 6566 Part 8, now withdrawn), except that the requirement that effectively they be made with phenolic-type glues has now been dropped. To qualify, the bond must now meet the stipulated test requirements.
