Product Description

Roughneck Serrated Edge Shovel for Roots & Compacted Ground

The Roughneck 42" Sharp Edge Shovel features a sharpened serrated blade designed to cut into compacted ground and slice through roots while digging. The cutting edge can also be used to open bulk bags and bags of building materials, making this a particularly useful multi-purpose shovel for building, fencing and landscaping work.

Manufactured from heavy-duty carbon steel, the blade is heat-treated and finished with a corrosion-resistant tumble lacquer coating. Foot treads allow additional digging pressure to be applied, while Roughneck's steel-reinforced Power Ring socket provides a strong connection between the blade and handle.

A lightweight tubular fibreglass shaft and soft-grip D handle complete a robust shovel suited to demanding site and groundwork applications.
